Christina Eichenmuller
Born and raised in Maryland, Christina spent summers with her grandmother where she began learning the art of old-fashioned southern cooking at the early age of 8. This rich experience excited Christina’s interest in cooking and led her to perfect her skills in the kitchen.
You can definitely taste Christina’s commitment to good cuisine in the dishes she prepares. Her creativity in menu planning is what sets Creative Cuisine a part from other caterers. She understands that the menus she creates must reflect the personal tastes, wishes and desires of her clients.
Christina is a graduate of the University of Maryland. When she’s not cooking, she supports her daughter’s equestrian pursuits and spend her free time at her beach cottage on the Bay in southern Maryland with her husband, Karl and their daughter, Alex.
